- if you log in using a Google account: we collect your first and last name, email address and the URL to your Google profile picture;
- if you register using your email address: email address.

If you do not complete the Registration process, i.e. do not activate your Account by clicking the link sent to the email address you provided, we collect the personal data you have provided so far:

- In connection with your use of obituaries-condolences.net Payments, for billing and reporting purposes, which constitute our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR), we receive your personal data from the Payment Operator. This includes the identifier of the payment ordered by the Payment Operator, the amount and status of this payment, the date of its creation, the email address, the payment method and the title of the transaction to which the payment relates.
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect information about them. If we find that a person under the age of 16 has provided us with their personal data, we will immediately delete it.
We will only use your personal data when it is in accordance with the law. Most often, we process your personal data when:

The Payment Operator becomes a separate administrator of this personal data.
Law enforcement authorities, supervisory authorities and others: We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement authorities, supervisory authorities, public authorities, entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities and other third parties. The disclosure of such data takes place in connection with the performance of legal obligations.
Tax authorities: In connection with the provisions of the Act of 23 May 2024 amending the Act on the exchange of tax information with other countries and certain other acts, for the application of Council Directive (EU) 2021/514 of 22 March 2021 amending Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation (DAC7 Directive), we are obliged to transfer Sellers' data related to Transactions with the obituaries-condolences.net shipment to the Head of the National Revenue Administration.

We store your personal data related to the obituaries-condolences.net account for the duration of its possession on the Service for the purposes of implementing the services provided in accordance with the Regulations, as well as for marketing purposes. After deleting the account, your data will be deleted without undue delay and as soon as technically possible. Depending on the Service you used and the systems from which your data is stored, deletion of your data may take up to 3 months from the date of submission of the application. During this period, all access to your data will be immediately limited or blocked.
After closing your account, we may store your personal data to the extent and for the period necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the provisions of the law or our legitimate interests (e.g. for the purposes of combating abuse or pursuing claims and defending against potential claims). We will only store data that is relevant for such purposes and delete such data after the expiry of the relevant statutory retention periods or limitation periods or after the fulfilment of the relevant legal obligation.
